UltraHD IRAY HDRI With DOF – The Marina – DAZ Studio – Review
Cake and Bob have been impressing with their HDRI maps for DAZ Studio, and The Marina is no exception. However, as always with Cake and Bob maps, 16k is a little overkill, and the DOF version distorts the background quite heavily at times and is more usable in the non-DOF version, which still can be zoomed in and made blurry as a backdrop when the ground is not visible:
Also, there’s only a single map included, although with several resolutions and with and without DOF compatibility, the package is a little “thin” for the high price compared to other much larger packs from Cake and Bob which have more value. The additional icons included for controlling intensities and basic effects are a nice touch.
Nevertheless, a great looking HDRI map!
